Returns & Refund Policy

Prescription medicines are non‑returnable and non‑refundable under all circumstances.

For non‑prescription medicines, dietary supplements and other products, returns and refunds are subject to our discretion. No return or refund will be offered for items that have been used and/or opened.

If you receive incorrect or defective goods, we offer exchange or refund services. Please complete the steps below: Send an email to animalworldvetclinic@gmail.com within 3 calendar days upon receipt of your order. Please state your order number and attach photos of the items in the email.

Return the goods to us via a trackable shipping method within 7 calendar days. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original intact packaging. Please retain your return shipping receipt to claim for shipping reimbursement. We shall not be liable for parcels lost in transit.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned goods, we will process your exchange or refund (including return shipping fees) via your original payment method. Your payment service provider may take 7‑14 working days to credit funds back to your account.

Cancellation fees may apply to your order. Please note: exchanges or refunds will be denied if inspection finds evidence of man‑made damage or unauthorised alteration to the products.
